Microphone/Electronics problem
When the headset arrived, it reported that it had already been paired with another device, so I suppose it had been returned and restocked for the same problem I had. My speech cut in and out, although I could hear the other party fine. Was unable to find a fix, so I returned the item.

Had a problem with the first one. It paired to my phone fine, but wouldn't work at all. Sent it back to the vender, AJ Wholesale, and they replaced it immediately. Had my new one within a week and it works great. Very happy with it. Took a while to get used to the fit, but now I like it. Overall a good experience. Plus, the noise cancellation is the best I've ever used.

Won't stay in ear!
The sound with this headset is good but not of much good if it won't stay in your ear. Read all the methods and extra cost to make this Bluetooth usable before you purchase. There is no excuse for this company to ignore creating an
earpiece that will stay in your ear. Much less expensive units have done that.

Super fun stuff yeah
I am a big fan of the Mytalk website and the apps. It's nice to just hold down the Talk button for a second and the bluetooth dials my bff. I don't know much about this Noise Assassin but it is pretty clear- I would not say crystal clear when I am on a call but my Samsung A900 is quite old so perhaps that is the culprit. When "The Ace" talks to me she sounds crystal clear so I know this headset can produce some nice sound. Again, probably due to my old phone but after I first paired the two I tried to call my bank and I could sort of hear the guy talking but it was really garbbled. I had to turn off the headset and turn it back on and it was okay. Also, every time I download a new app from the site I have to re-pair the headset to the phone, not sure why but no biggy since I don't plan on changing my apps all the time. I really like my Rogue- looks nice, good build quality, fits comfortably and the apps sweeten the pot. It would be cool if they came out with more "personalities", even if they just added a few extra variants to each, like for The Rogue a Russian spy voice and obviously for The Thinker a British sounding guy.

Recieved item but it was DOA when recieved
Purchased the Jawbone ICON and after 4 hours of talking to Jawbone tech support I found out it was faulty. Contacted seller and was told I would need to go back to Jawbone to get it replaced. All total it took a lot longer than expected.
